Paddy Kelleher

High Country Solutions, Inc was founded in 2014 by Paddy Kelleher, a retired Marine Corps Lieutenant Colonel, aviator and test pilot. After retiring from active duty, Paddy has worked in the Defense and Aerospace Industry for the past 23+ years. He has extensive experience in Developmental Flight Test, Flight Instruction, and Mission Engineering in the Aviation and Space mission areas. He also has extensive experience in Business Development, Strategy Development, Capture and Proposal Management and Development. During his 21 year active duty career, Paddy had an extensive variety of operational assignments, to include 5 overseas deployments (including 2 6-month shipboard deployments), a deployment to Somalia as the Aviation Combat Element (ACE) Operations Officer for a Special Purpose Marine Air-Ground Task Force (SPMAGTF), the ACE Operations Officer and Air Mission Commander for the Maritime Special Purpose Force (MSPF) for the 31st Marine Expeditionary Unit (Special Operations Capable) (31st MEU(SOC)), and a joint assignment as the Chief, Special Technical Operations (STO) with U. S. Space Command.

Paddy is a graduate of the Marine Corps Weapons and Tactics Instructor (WTI) Course and is also a graduate of the U. S. Naval Test Pilot School, with a subsequent assignment as a Developmental/Engineering Test Pilot at Naval Air Station Patuxent River, MD. His final tour was a Joint assignment with U. S. Space Command, where he was Chief of the Space Control Integration Branch and the Chief of the Command's Special Technical Operations (STO) cell. Paddy has been a member of the Society of Experimental Test Pilots (SETP) since 1990. Additionally, Paddy is an FAA Certified Flight Instructor (CFI-ASE/AME/Helicopter), Certified Flight Instructor-Instrument (CFII-Airplane and Helicopter), and FAA Certified Night Vision Goggle (NVG) Instructor.
